Les plantes toxiques font partie \u00e9galement du programme de cette \u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aussi, les m\u00e9thodes de s\u00e9paration et d&#8217;isolement chromatographiques (VLC, CC, CEE et HPLC, LC\/MS) occupent une place de choix dans la strat\u00e9gie de cette \u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le gros travail des membres de cette \u00e9quipe concerne l&#8217;\u00e9lucidation structurale des biomol\u00e9cules isol\u00e9es par l&#8217;utilisation des m\u00e9thodes modernes d&#8217;analyse spectroscopiques et la recherche d&#8217;antioxydant naturels. A cet effet, une maitrise parfaite de la RMN multi-impulsionnelles isol\u00e9es seront soumis \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation biologique in vitro et in vivo afin de d\u00e9terminer leur potentiel pharmacologique (activit\u00e9s antioxydantes, antibact\u00e9rienne, anti-inflammatoire, \u2026.ETC).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une \u00e9tude in silico de la relation structure activit\u00e9 (RSA) est aussi parmi les objectifs majeurs des membres de cette \u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le travail de cette \u00e9quipe vise globalement \u00e0
